Hello, How to leave the site in maintenance mode and use the template maintenance page?

You need to set a Landing Page template for a specific page on your site that will be the Landing (Coming soon) page, like in the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/pzltpz

You can then add content to it, to let visitors know that your site is under maintenance for example.

Then navigate to Settings >> Reading, and set this page to be the homepage.

Visitors will only be able to see this page, while you can work on your site freely. When you finish, just set the original home page in Settings >> Reading back.

I am experiencing a weird issue with your theme where the core Mikado plugin is causing problems with editing pages.

While the core plugin is activated, we are unable to edit any of the current published pages.
