Hi! Does it generally not book anything before payment has gone through? That is what I want. Then I wonder, if payment is always already done, then invoice should in reality be “receipt”? Can you have payment details on receipt then? Can you generate both invoice and receipt with this? For customers who would need and want both? Thanks!

Hello, I use the add-on collaborative services and so I have categories and services but in the purchase invoice I see just the service column, while the category is important in the detail of the invoice. I notice that in several BOOKLY add-ons the category is forgotten is there a reason for this because it is important information. thank you in advance

Hi, I want a refund for this addon, there are some missing features that I wanted to have (see my bookly support emails from [email protected]) but unfortunately I couldn’t manage to make it work and the cherry on top were the email notifications not working, although when I used the ‘Test email notifications’ feature they worked with no issue. Waiting for my refund.

Have you let us know regarding the email notifications issue? We are usually pretty responsive and help, if possible, as much as we can.

As regards to the refund, please note that according to our refund policy, we approve only those refund requests that were sent to us within 15 days from the purchase date.

If it’s within 15 days of purchase, please check this link regarding the refund procedure: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821460-Can-I-Get-A-Refund-.

If more than 15 days have passed then 15 Days Money Back Guarantee period is expired. If that’s the case, we would have to, as per CodeCanyon (Envato Market) refund stipulations that we need to abide by, decline the refund request.

hi, we like to buy this invoice add-on but we need a special feature.

Our users only see the booking engine if they have identified with their username and password, for that reason, we would like users to be able to book throughout the month, and we send a single invoice the first day of the following month, with the total of the reservations made. Is it possible with this Add-on?

I understand booking an appointment. I understand approving an appointment. What is meant by “receiving” an appointment?

This means that the appointment already passed, it was received by the client. You can send a payment request to the customer after the appointment in a follow-up message to the customer (type – appointment reminder).

Currently, the automatic sending of the invoice-reminder in this case is not supported.

But you can do that manually – in Bookly menu > Payments. When you click on the Invoice button: http://prntscr.com/q2berc, the selected Invoice will be downloaded as a PDF document and can be manually sent to the customer if necessary.
