Hi, I am writing to request a refund for this theme.
We have purchased the Carpenter theme and are trying to activate it in Wordpress. We have tried uploading the carpenter-theme zipped file through Wordpress but it gets an error and asks if I would like to try again. We have done this several times but it will not load. We have also tried to install it using the ftp instructions provided and we got 2 errors, the 1st one with the style and the 2nd one we get this error: This page isn’t working … is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500 We need to urgently install a theme and we can’t wait 6 months for the author to respond as I have observed in the comments. We have also observed that it is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress and the last update was in 2016.
Please send us a refund as we dont have time to deal with delays and errors.

Now 7 Month later nothing updated. Over 2.5 Years no Update and allready in end of 2018 not compatibel with php 7.1 +

My host requires me to put my wordpress site and themes and plugins a day because currently I have a version of PHP 7.0 and I have to migrate to the version of PHP 7.2
When we proceed to the update we are left with SQL errors and on the PHP 7.1 version the site works but the admin panel is inaccessible
you can read on the report that all the plugins delivered with the theme are not a days and are not compatible with the PHP 7.2 version
more if I do not update my host will be charged me 7.80 euros per additional month

I have installed Slider Revolution successfully but i am not able to activate it. It throws up error “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Warning: “continue” targeting switch is equivalent to “break”.
