I have a big problem. I download the theme, I install it in Wordpress, but I receive an error message. I Upload the provided cubify.zip file (38 MB) via the WordPress Admin Panel. To do so, go to “Appearance” > “Themes” in the menu, then select the “Add new” tab at the top of the page. Once you are at this page, select “Upload theme” then “Choose File” and locate the .zip folder on your computer. After doing so, select “Install Now.” What is the problem? Probably, you trying to upload the wrong archive. In the archive that you got from Themeforest there are archive with the theme (that you need to install into the WP) and documentation.

Hello! You can change small header’s email and phone in the customizer->footer http://prntscr.com/his4sq. You can change the social links in the customizer->social http://prntscr.com/his59q. You can change footer widgets in the customizer->widgets http://prntscr.com/his5rb but remember that different footer types allows different amount and position of widgets. Have a nice day!

Dear Diana, on our website (http://www.wurstplatzbar.rs/), after you installed Cubify theme and Restaurant demo content, we still don’t have that options that you screenshot. In Appearance -> Cubify we still have option “Install Demos” and nothing more then that, (even though Restaurant demo is installed, as you can see). Can you please help us, to properly set up the theme, so we can write our content? Our deadline is coming very very soon, and we are waiting to resolve this problem (on the official ticket too), more then 10 days. Thanks.

Hi. No update for the theme Cubify from last 8 to 9 months. No updated corner stone, grid or layer slider or cubify build. The theme is not providing regular updates as said while buying. I am requesting for a part or full refund as per the theme policy. I do not want to use or get updates anymore for this theme. Let me know how to proceed for the refund? Thank You.
