Hello we can’t edit or get msgs from xtender form the main issue is booking flight request form is not working.

AlexPeter Author Team

Hello,

Please make sure you are running the current version of the theme and you’ve updated all the included plugins, especially xtender. Also, you should make sure your shortcode structure is correct, like we explain in our dedicated documentation chapter: http://docs.curlythemes.com/jet/#shortcodes If you need further help, please open a ticket on our support platform with WP login info for your dashboard and we will investigate. All the best.

Hello, Thanks for your reply. I have another question, ninja forms can not import demo forms (since book jet related with this form) as it says has to be nff format however we have nff.json format which cannot be imported by WP. Also secondly, how can submitted forms auto send to defined email on forms.

AlexPeter Author Team

For the info in the form to be sent to a mail of your choice, you need to add the email in the Emails & Actions tab of your form. We are aware of a current issue with Ninja Forms import, which affected a few of our clients. A workaround to avoid the import issue would be to install an older version of Ninja Forms, prior to the changes made to the import functionality, like the 3.3 version. You can find all the Ninja Forms versions on their GitHub account here: https://github.com/wpninjas/ninja-forms/releases All the best.

Hello, I have a question when user click on search button on the booking form what will happen next?

Do you plan to reduce the price? perhaps some discount? I would to purchase this template but it too expensive for me.

Thank you

AlexPeter Author Team

Hello,

The info added in the flight request form on the left sidebar is sent to a Ninja Form, in a separate page. This form can request additional info from the clients and will send all the info to an admin mail. We don’t have plans for a discount in the near future. All the best.

hi, i love this template. are you able to calculate the distance between the airports/ direct line to be extact as part of asking for the quote? I want to attach that to my rate per kilometer. Urgent client requirement.

AlexPeter Author Team

Hello,

No, our flight request quote form does not have such a functionality. You can not display the distance between airports or flying distance. All the best.

Hello / How can i get demo version of this site?

AlexPeter Author Team

Hello,

We do not have a demo theme version available, you can only purchase the full theme from Theme Forest. You can take a look through our extended documentation: http://docs.curlythemes.com/jet/ to learn more about how the theme works. All the best.

Do you have screenshot versions…I need stakeholder review and approval: this is the quickest way to show a complete overview together with the demo.

AlexPeter Author Team

Hello,

If you are asking about backend screenshots, you can see them in the dedicated documentation: http://docs.curlythemes.com/jet/ All the best.

leohay

No not the how-to screen shots. I need images of the various parts of the website as displayed in your demo, as it’s difficult to screenshot them myself due to their animation. You do have a cropped image showing mockups of the various pages on the main market page. Can’t you provide this as an un-cropped, non-tilted jpeg so I can send to a client for them to see all the web pages in a single visual?

AlexPeter Author Team

We have some screenshots in the product page on our website: https://curlythemes.com/theme/private-airline-wordpress-theme/ Please check them, maybe you can find something you can use. All the best.

This comes down to the functionalities you need. By default, WooCommerce allows you to set up bookings and payments. If you want to add a payment gateway like Paystack, you can look for a Paystack WooCommerce free add-on and it should work fine. If you do not need advanced booking functionalities, you might be fine just with the payments add-on. Still, if you open a ticket on our support platform with more info about the functionalities you need, we can let you know the solutions you have available. All the best.

okay, now i’m familiar with setting up paystack on woocommerce, but where i’m not understanding is how will i link the “request a quote” button on the homepage with woocommerce, like after someone picks the location, date, passanger, and click on search, how am i going to link it up with woocommerce?

AlexPeter Author Team

The flight request quote form is by default integrated with Ninja Forms. So, you will need either an add-on to integrate Ninja Forms with WooCommerce or an add-on which integrates Ninja Forms directly with Paystack or other payment gateways. All the best.
