Actually we’ve been thinking about this ourselves as we use contractors sometimes, so we had thoughts about being able to add expenses to a team member for work completed. It’s something we’re trying to work out but at present we add them as suppliers.

I have purchased this add-on and installed it. The plugin is activated but in the settings, under suppliers/expenses I have the message “Suppliers / Expenses Add-On Not Found”. I have tried to deactivate the CQPIM plugin and reactive which caused me to get locked out of admin. I then had to deactivate all plugins via FTP to get access back, then reactivated everything and am still getting the not found message.

Check that the directory is named correctly in the plugins folder, it should be cqpim-expenses

Check the install directory of the core plugin, it should be installed in a folder called cqpim, not anything else.

No, you can just delete the old plugin, data is stored in the database and will not be modified by updating.

In order to use Projectopia Expenses you need at least Version 4 of the Projectopia Core Plugin. Download it from your CodeCanyon account and follow the upgrade instructions to update CQPIM 3.2.5 to Projectopia 4.0 (we renamed the plugin from CQPIM to Projectopia in v4)

Is it possible to create custom registration forms and support tickets – I have specific questions I want to ask my clients but can not find any documentation on how to customize the forms. Or if there are any forms that are compatible. I want to be able to send this information to the project attached to their user account

You can create quote forms which generate clients and quotes, this is under the Quotes menu in the admin side.. You can also add custom fields to the Support ticket form in the Custom Fields section in the admin menu.

I wrote earlier explaining that I have gone through a pretty rough extended illness, shortly after I purchased your products. I am just now able to get back to work and am trying to get your software setup. However, I can not open a support ticket.
I am a few months out of the support window. I truly do not have the funds to renew – otherwise, I would. I am hoping that you can give me a grace period to get this going. I will be renewing as well as promoting your software. In truth, this is the best self-hosted management system I have encountered.

Does the Expense Add-on have a to enable different roles to access? Currently I only see it in the admin interface. Checked in Roles and dont see options there. So for example I’d like a team member to be able to add an expense. As admin I see the expense menu item. Expense menu item is not available for other users / Team members. Neither the admin or team members seem to have ability to add new expense in the MetaBox. So far tried logging out and reset permalinks.

2) FOR PROFESSIONALS
LTN direct Connection for Support Mail to Request a Quote When they are assigned different Traders there should be an option to navigate through the Traders Profiles but they cannot read the name/contact details, just their skills, project’s gallery and reviews. The professionals and the Traders should remain anonymous to each other
3) FOR SUPPLIERS
LTN direct Connection for Support Mail to Request Suppliers information

You could use a plugin called Loco Translate to change the word suppliers to Voice Talents. It’s not currently possible for suppliers to register themselves, but it could be done with custom code.
