Hey there you are using:

You are running WordPress 4.8.2 | PHP 5.2.17 | Apache | MySQL 5.1.73-2+squeeze+build1+1-log

PHP 5.2.17 and this plugin works with php 5.4 and above please update it and everything will be turns normal. I’ve disabled that template manager temporary for you and it works properly now. But you are using very old PHP version and you need to updpate it asap.

Hello,

I have put 4 YouTube videos in the video carousel, but my website is only showing 3 and it is showing them huge in size. It is not operating the way your video carousel operated on your demo.

Once one of the videos is clicked, it does play. But no other video can be clicked after the first one is clicked.

Trying to get this resolved. Kind of disappointed since I did a thorough test on your demo.

What’re your expectations? Ans What’s your test? Demo shows properly that videos and working properly and also plugin does same.

Before the make comments or get help from us please make sure you did setup properly your site with the plugin and plugin settings and videos.

Try your demo again. After you click and play one video, you cannot click any of the others. In your demo your videos appear smaller than what my YouTube videos are appearing on my website.

My expectations is that you can click on any video and play it at any time. Also my expectations is for it to look like the screenshot you posted here on Code Canyon advertising the plugin. In your advertisement screenshot there looks to be more than 3 videos. Look at all of the circles underneath the thumbnails. The circles appear right above what looks to be a YouTube play bar. None of this is actually in the plugin.

I followed your documentation. Your documentation does not tell me to import a predefined template.

This is what your documentation says:

2. Usage Video Carousel Addon has very simple usage. When create a page with Visual Composer, click to add element icon ”+” You’ll see the “Video Carousel” button. When click to the “Video Carousel” icon, Video Carousel Settings” popup will opened and you will be able to define options.

Please correct your documentation if you want to say something about a predefined template.

What’s your browser? Chrome Safari or? As far as checked your site it’s displaying the same size.

When you clicked on one of the videos and you want to click another one you should drag another and click to play.

So you should click each other with drag. Ans you should display the next video via drag move.

I am using Chrome, Safari, and FireFox. It is not displaying the same size. And how would my users know to be able to drag? There was also nothing in your instructions about dragging.

What’s the very misleading? Can you explain a bit us?

Look at all of the circles underneath the thumbnails. The circles appear right above what looks to be a YouTube play bar. None of this is actually in the plugin. This was the look I was going for and paid for, but definitely not the look that I received. What I received appears rather large, and you cannot really navigate from video to video. I would like to request my money back.

When you on settings screen inserting the video via WPBakery you’ll see the CSS animations screen you shouldreset it to none first.
