We’re having troubles with the theme since the Worpress update. Site: thecoinradadar.com . We’ve A Deleted the theme, then uploaded the new theme zip file. I’ve then re-installed the plugins.
If you take a look at the site, some of our sliders are not present and a lot of the images are not showing / the sidebars on the blog post pages.
We’re using a slightly customised child theme.

I’ve disabled the childtheme and then activated the parent. No change, at the moment I’ve got a homepage that doesn’t display images and parts of the sliders missing. I would pay extra for the extended support but surely it should be a straightforward theme update to fix this?

For the loading time related to the Reduxframework. When you disable the Redux, it will get the default settings that not loaded from database, so it will quite faster than get from database when Redux is enabled.
You should make sure the connection is good, the image quality is not too big

I am on version 5.0 and do not see the theme settings. Especially trying to add my logo and also the archives are broken. When I click on any category it won’t display the posts. Version 5.0 appears to have a lot that does not work

I should add that this has served me well for years as an excellent theme and appreciate the updates, considering this was created in 2015. I am going to switch to a new theme now as it looks like there are too many issues to make this theme still work and can’t afford the developer to take time fixing all of these new issues created by the newer Wordpress. Like I said, it’s a great theme and has worked well for years. I hope you can update it properly so I can use it in the future and you can continue to market and sell this previously great theme.

I received an order to install your theme “Sense” through WordPress Express installation server in Envato Studio. However, the client seems not happy as the demo didn’t contain the woocommerce, bbpress, contact page and so on as on your demo site!
Can you please let me these didn’t came with the default theme demo (so that I can show this to the client). Or let me know if I am missing some thing.

We don’t include the data of woocommerce or bbpress to reduce the xml file, but it’s easy to have the demo content of Woocommerce that come with this plugin. For bbPress, you just need to go to the BBPress tab and create some of dummy topic there.

That is not helping as it is highlighting everything changed by you as well in the code. So we are having to go over every file and every line manually as well which is highlighted by Beyond Compare. If we compare the 3.2.2 version with the one we have, then I will be able to use Beyond Compare to highlight only the portions we have changed saving us days of work.
