Horrible theme, horrible support. It takes up to 3 days before they respond, and it never even was a decent answer. The theme itself is full of bugs, and they tell you they are able to fix it – but they can’t! If you’re planning in making any changes beside text and images, DO NOT BUY THIS THEME.

This theme does not do as advertised. You cannot easily change many features on this theme. False advertising. I saw in a previous comment 8 months ago that this will be in a future release but that doesn’t give this author the right to advertise those features now since they’re not actually available.

So I ended up sending a refund request. I never got a response back from the author. I ended up contacting Envato about it and they tried contacting the author as well and they never responded back to Envato. Envato ended up refunding my money, not the author. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS template. You will not receive support and they advertise a lot this template cannot actually do.

The theme is not as advertised. Visual Composer is pretty much useless. because you can’t change anything in a simple way, it’s much, much different than other sites. There is a lot of bugs. The code has bad optimalization. I’d like to ask for refund.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I regret that I have not read the comments. No support – no answer. The theme is good if you only change the content and pictures, if you want to add anything new – the problems themselves, nothing looks as it should. Hello,
First more than one plugin was not working and it was not possible to instal the demo content.
After an opened ticket the support installed it and sent me links from dropbox with the plugins updated.
After downloading it, i tried to install again and didn’t work.
We’re also deceived with the support response time. We need to deliver this site in the next week, if we’ll have lots of bugs and each time the support takes 48h + to answer it’ll not work for us.

Our issues : -old plugins not installing; -new plugins not installing either; -48h+ to get support; -the theme wordpress compatibility is not updated;
