I got it sorted. The token is not the purchase number. That was my mistake.

​we’d used grandnews wordpress theme for years.

this week we’d build a new site, and using the same template. it’s worked fine

but we found something different at 1st site, Options were gone in Appearance -> Customize​

we thought maybe it’s because we could not using one theme in two sites, but we’re uncertain​ how to get another license in themeforest, should we just buy a license one more time?

I am very disappointing with this theme, I recovered this two times i don’t know again and again why i am facing this issue, I am unable to login my dashboard, and i designed it two times before but still facing same issue, disappear header and showing weird things .
