I am having issues with importing the demo content, after extracting the zip file I click Demo Content Folder and it says “The folder “Demo Content” can’t be opened because you don’t have permission to see its contents.” Can you please provide support I purchased the theme today. apparently it is still registered with our subdomain URL and as I can’t access the wp Admin dashboard via the subdomain I can’t unregister the License to register it properly with the actuall url
