Hi there… I can see theres an update from version 1.1 to version 1.3… How exactly are we to apply this update as the template does not seem to auto-update.

Still no reply here or from your ticket systems on this issue relating to changing the footer colours in the SHOP page. In addition shop does not allow products to be updated.
If i add a product to cart then go to cart to update quantity it does not update the quantity. we cannot use this template or make our site live untill this issue is fixed

You have two options:
1) Install a plugin for catalog mode, e.g. Woocommerce Catalog Enquiry to show some products with prices, others – without them. It allows to have both shop and catalog simultaneously. For more details, please check the following link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-catalog-enquiry/
2) Alternatively, you may simply not add a product price in admin panel for some products. “Add to cart” and “checkout” buttons can be hidden with css code.

Hi there… Woocommerce seems to have an issue…
When you add more than one item to the cart you cannot update the quantities of the items in the cart.
If you remove the second item and increase the quantity of some products it update to show the new price but only with some products.
With others it does not update the price at all.
Is there a fix for this anywhere… We caan’t sell or lauch our site untill this issue is fixed.

Hi there… i asked you to fix the issue with woocommerce before your ” support ” expired. I rasied a ticket and i was told the issues were fixed.
The issues are not fixed and i have been upable to get the shop to work in any way with regards to shop users being able to log in and acesss their shop accounts.
None of the Woocommerce endpoins work with your template. When i tried to report this back to you your ticket system refuses me access saying i don’t have paid support.
This is not a paid support issue. This is an issue with your template that has never worked and we cannot use your template at all unti this issue is fixed as already explained.
No one visiting the site can login as a customer. The only thing they can log into is there wordpress account.
There is no way for them to login to check thier orders or update there customer account details or change thier passwords.
All Woocommerce links we try to set to allow them to login result in default wordpress logins and nothing more… or 404 page errors.
None of the endpoints work at all… https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-endpoints-2-1/Please can you fix this issue… this is the last time we request this before requesting a refund from Envato.
I know 6 months have passed from the date of purchase but the client only returned to the UK in the past month and we have only began to try to get your template to work in the past few weeks.
At no point in the setup or use of the sites shop has it worked correctly. We cannot set links like / customer account /cart / Order-pay / Order and so on.
All result in 404 page errors. We have followed the instructions from Woocommerce and used the setup from a clean installation many times now.
Please advise as we seem to be blocked from even contacting you about his or any other issue.

You can enable search only for Regular menu style. Please navigate to Appearance> Theme options> Search> Show search field

What’s the meaning of Regular menu style? If you mean “Top panel style” it’s already on Regular.
The option for 404 are only for background and color, is there any way to change text, language, and put content like images? Like a normal page on wordpress.

Yes, I mean Regular Top panel style.
404 page is implemented with php file, so there is no ability to edit it like default page in admin panel.
To customize this page you should edit page template file in any text editor like Notepad or TextEdit. Open root folder of your theme and find /templates folder. This folder contains 404.php file. You can open it in any text editor and change HTML code according to your needs.

Regular Top panel style is active, but i can’t still view the search bar, to be exact, if i select the option
“show search field : No” I see the search bar on desktop version, and not mobile. If i select
“show search field: Yes” I can see it on mobile, but not on desktop.
How can i showhide on all devices?
Another thing:How can i hide the loading of the menu bar?
On mobile, the menu bar show all elements, for about 1 second, then shows the correct mobile menu (the one with the button with 3 lines on the right)
Sometimes the mobile menu doesn’t even load, and it’s not cool if you have more than 4/5 voices on menu or if there is a logo on the bar.
How can i fix this thing?
PS: i noticed the same problem on your demo site, so i don’t think it’s only a bug on my site.

Totally disappointed in this theme. When I try and change any colors or font sizes in the theme options they do not take. Support is giving me workarounds rather than addressing the fact their are obviously bugs in the theme.

This issue may appear when ThemeREX Utilities plugin wasn’t updated after theme update.
Navigate to WP Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins.
Update ThemeREX Utilities plugin. You can click on “Update” button (if available in a particular theme) or deactivate and delete this plugin. Then follow the prompt to install it again. This will load a new plugin version on the site.

Just updated to your newest version 1.2.1 and all “services” disappear from the theme. Pages no longer exist and existing url’s are deferred to homepage or error 404. What is happening here?
I placed the back-up from yesterday again and all is OK, but when I update your theme the “services” items simply disappear…
