1 – Customizable? Yes, few little hard code changes will help to customize anything you want.

2 – You can use whatever you want as ID

3 – You can use translation files to translate necessary parts of theme/plugins to translate into any language you want. Currently everything in English.

Loco Translate plugin will be useful too translate.

2 – Yes, you can customize the status labels but requires changes on the code, very easy and we help everyone who ask help for such like this and further.

3 – Our plugin currently not synchronized with any carrier, works standalone for simple requirements, but contains advanced features as we advertised too.

Dear support i bought this theme because of the tracking and its embarrassing the tracking is not working. I keep getting the message ’’ Sorry , but your time session is out, Please return to front page or use tracking link above then query again’’ It 2 days today i opened ticket but no reply yet. Please am really mixed up am thinking of getting another theme and that gonna be expensive for me. Please look into my case .

I have cleared cache and tested on many different browser. Below are screen shots

when you paste the tracking code it gives error. I have cleared cache and tested on all browsers. My client too have done the same.

Yes we are using slugs, slugs are unique as you know, so we need unique identifiers.

Any method or plugin to duplicate tracking entrys? for example, same sender, same reciever, same status update, diferent package and diferent tracking number, the fastest way would be duplicate tracking entry and only changing tracking number. It is possible?

( I am not looking for a form that sends to an email, but an actual calculator) c) Is it possible to access the documentation for this, so I can see how easy it is to install? d) Does this theme come with video tutorials? e) I am planning to install this theme over the weekend and over the coming week – which days will you be closing over the next week, in the event that I find an issue that needs technical support?
