Hi guys!

Amazing theme, with lot of possibilities. I buyed it some time ago and doesn’t used it since past week when found some little extra-time to work in our website.

I’m facin two different tasks that got me stucked…

1.- I’m using two of the case study templantes (I & IV), and found images are embebed as a 5 digit number that I cannot found anywhere on the data for my images (neither yours) at the media library.

More specifically, I’m talking about this row [qodef_image…. images=”9887,9888”....]

Can you help me telling me where to find that id for an image in the medialibrary?

2.- Where the hell can I change the main “hover” color for the theme? Is not a place to assign (without taking my hands into code) the main colors of the theme?

Hi, im interested in this theme. l really like the portfolio pinterest theme. I was wondering if you could navigate between different pages and those pages arent full width, like i would like the sidebar to be always on and pages to be designed to work with the sidebar, just like the homepage of the theme. I haven’t made any changes to the theme for about a year. Logged in recently and cannot use Visual Composer. I tried to update the plug-in but it will not update. The error said that the theme creator has to push the update to the theme, that I cannot update it on my own. I need to use VC in order to modify the theme. Please advise.

Tried creating a ticket, but support would not let it go through because my support has expired. I simply need to be able to use VC. It’s my understanding that I purchased the license through you when I purchased the theme, and it should still work.

My support period has ended, but I need help installing the update. When I try to upload the new zip file to wp-admin/themes.php I receive an error saying the “link you followed has expired. Please try again” What can I do to fix this?

Hi, I’m trying to update theme from 1.4.1 to 1.7.2 via Envato market plugin (connected with Envato API connection) and it shows that there is an update, but when I click to update an error message appears saying “Update Failed: The theme is at the latest version.”. Any known issues?

Hi there,

Please try updating your theme and theme plugins by following these steps:

Download the latest theme .zip file from ThemeForest
Extract it and locate ukiyo.zip
Extract ukiyo.zip and locate the ukiyo folder
Copy/Replace the contents of the ukiyo folder to the /wp-content/themes/ukiyo folder of your web site.

You need to delete the core plugin before updating the theme. If it still breaks, you need to delete the core plugin manually from your server. If the site remains broken, you then start deleting all theme plugins one by one until your site comes back up, then install the new versions of the deleted plugins.

Thank you, it helped, page is on again and with updated theme. Now just Select portfolio does not work, and i can not find the problem. When I click on portfolio item, I get 404 error. Any direction where to look for the problem?

Hi, I wanna purchase this theme but I have few questions – 1. Can I change logo size on the page? I mean can I get it bigger, as our company logo has vertical version that we are using. 2. Is it possible to make menu not full screen, but half screen from the right side? 3. Is it possible to make portfolio grid without spacing? Thank you!

Hi there,

You do not need to assign a classic menu in Appearance > Menus, though you will need to create one menu for sure. Then all you need to do is to go to Appearance > WIdgets, add Sidearea opener to your Header Widget Menu area as well as add Navigation menu widget to Side Area Widget as you can see in the screenshot.

Which will give you the look you are after.
