Hi there!

Did anything change or does anything need to be tweaked in the admin area to have the custom fields properly display in confirmation emails after switching to Bookly Pro? They’re showing during checkout and appearing properly in Bookly itself, but in the admin and user confirmation emails they are showing as below instead of the actual information:

We had not updated in a long time due to worries related to the changes for Bookly Pro, so we updated from Bookly 15.1 to the current Pro version (using the conversion tool, which was a lot less stressful than I thought it would be…great work on that!) if that helps. We have the Custom Fields as an add-on and it is fully updated.

Also, I forgot to mention that the Custom Fields information is missing in the Google Calendar synced information as well. It shows {custom_fields} instead of the information from the Custom Fields there as well.

I have a pet care business where clients can reserve per day. Questions:

1. Can we setup a service where clients can select a range of dates? (example: from the 4th of October to 7th of October – 4 days) 2. Can the plugin multiply the price per day by the number of selected days? (example: 1 day = $10, 2 days = $20, 3 days = $60…)

You can choose the start day of the appointment: http://prntscr.com/pd8ony But there is no option to choose the end date of the appointment. However, please, check our Custom duration add-on: https://codecanyon.net/item/bookly-custom-duration-addon/22060703 which allows your customers to choose the service duration. The system will count the final price according to duration which your customers choose. Please, note, that the maximum service duration is 7 days.

Hi, my website has just started asking me for my purchase code for custom fields plugin again, and says it will lock me out if I don’t put it in within 10 days. But when I put it in, it just shows a yellow triangle, and theres no OK button. How do I get it to accept my code again please? It’s working now, however when I enabled the “Bind to field services” option, non of the services I’ve set up shows up on the drop downs next to the custom fields I created. Please help.

Hi. When adding custom fields, they appear in the front end but not in the backend (neither in appointment add or listing existing appointments previously added in the front with custom options). How can I be able to show them in the backend?

The problem in the backend appears when you want to create a new customer. It shows just the default fields but not the custom ones.

When you create an appointment in the booking, you should be able to enter information into the custom fields: https://prnt.sc/q5xj4u after you add the customer.

So you click on the customer’s name: https://prnt.sc/q5xik6 to be able to add/edit the custom fields: https://prnt.sc/q5xj4u.
