Hello, I purchased this plugin and there is only a limited number of options for the button color for TS Modal Popup. What would be the CSS code to change it? I know which HEX color I need so just need to know which css code to use. I see I can add it in the custom CSS section. Please let me know?

Hi,

as there are several button options to use as modal trigger, I would need to know which one you are actually using.

And as the comment section here in Envato is not actually suited for support (no syntax highlighting, no attachments, no secure/confidential content, etc.), I kindly ask you to move to the dedicated help and support desk for further assistance.

It also helps if you provide a link to a page using the element in question, in order for me to account for any competing/conflicting CSS rules coming from other plugins or your theme.

Thank you!

there is only one ts modal popup but ok. I created a new support ticket and made a video to explain. I look forward to receiving the code.

Yes, there is only one “TS Modal Popup” element, but it provides several button types as trigger option, which is the reason why I asked which one you ended up using.

Hello, I have been using this for years now and its fantastic. For the first time though, I noticed when I use TS Image Gallery that it does this weird pausing slow load before the element snaps awake and starts working. instead of being at the 550×175 sizing, it starting blank then slowly increases to the proper shape. Its doing this across all the image galleries I am using in the site. What can be causing this?

Well, in general, for pretty much all gallery layouts, the final layout can only be rendered once all images are in fact fully loaded, as most layouts require exact image dimensions in order to work correctly.

Therefore, it is possible that there is a slight delay from first page load to the gallery layout being fully rendered (visible), depending upon factors such as number of images, image resolution (size) and server speed.

The NivoSlider script routine is in fact only called (initialized) AFTER the global page load event is triggered by the browser, which indicates that all images (and any other page content) are (is) in fact fully loaded by the browser.

However, I am in the process of implementing at least a preloader animation for all gallery layouts, which will be added step by step via upcoming updates to the plugin. That would at least visually indicate that some processing is occurring, before the gallery itself is fully rendered.

hmmm. that’s pretty interesting to know. I guess I will try a preloading & caching of my site to hopefully get rid of it as much as possible. If I have different size pictures such as some in landscape and others in portrait, would that make it worse? this is super helpful info to know and I really appreciate it. Especially on New Years day. and your preloaded animation would be pretty helpful.

The image resolution simply dictates the file size for the image; the higher the resolution, the larger the file to be loaded… the longer it will take to load the file. Multiplied by the number of images and taking into account that the browser can only maintain a limited number of simultaneous connections (load requests) to the server plus general download speeds… it’s simple math in the end.

But other than that, it makes no difference if the image is in landscape or portrait orientation. A good page caching routine can in fact help, however.

Hi Tekanewa,
After updating to 5.5.3 I see this message at the top of my admin plugin page: Composium – WP Bakery Page Builder Extensions Addon: Your license code is invalid; please make sure that you have entered a valid license code or that your license has not expired.
Any idea? I did a recheck of my license and that’s ok.
Greetings, Eric

Yes, I “overwrote” the default message coming from the auto-update routine to make the source of the message clearer, while also updating the helper class from the auto-update service to its newest version as well.

Unfortunately, my plugin has no further control over the auto-update routine, as that is “outsourced” to an external 3rd party service provider (kernl.us) who is in fact conducting the license check.

My plugin will conduct its own one-time license check when you register the license code within the settings page. That code is then stored (once confirmed) and simply “sent over” to the update-service every time a check for updates occurs.

So far, you are the only user reporting such an issue and I was unable to recreate it myself, using my local development sites or live demo websites. I have contacted the kernl.us team but so far have not received any feedback. It could simply be related to some timeout limits on your server that don’t give the auto-update routine sufficient time.

If the message becomes too bothersome, you can deactivate the auto-update routine within my plugin’s settings page, so no further checks by the auto-update service will occur.

The helper class for the auto-update routine will output error messages into your server’s error log, provided there is a) the internal WP debug mode is enabled and b) the server is set up to maintain an error.log file. You should also make sure that your installed and activated my plugin with its intended folder “ts-visual-composer-extend” within the WP “plugins” folder.

Hello Tekanewa, the message is gone now, so everything works now as it should I guess.. Greetings, Eric

I had to deactivate your plugin after the update 5.5.3. It breaks the Best Selling Products module. I believe that one is a default one.

Tekanewa Author

Hi,

please open an actual ticket in the support forum and provide more details about the “Best Selling Products” module, which is unfamiliar to me, as it is not provided by my plugin.

The support forum also provides you with download access to all past plugin releases, so you can manually revert back to the last version that was working for you.

Does the plugin works with the latest version of WP Bakery Pagebuilder (actually 6.1)? I’m asking because after an update of the pagebuilder fontawesome is loaded anymore because of a changed script for the fontawesome lib.

Tekanewa Author

Hi,

a corresponding update for my add on will be released this weekend.

Tekanewa

Great, now it works as expected.

This plugin actually does not work with Woocommerce. The checkout page hang up. If you deactivate this plugin, it works fine.

Tekanewa Author

Hi,

this plugin is tested with and against the original WooCommerce theme “StoreFront” alongside the standard “WooCommerce” plugin and its addons “WooCommerce Admin” and “WooCommerce Services” (all of them developed by Automattic) and is working without problems there. As such, compatibility with that standard setup is in fact given.

If there are issues on your end, please open an actual ticket in the support forum and provide a link to your site as well as admin access. If possible, please also provide a copy of your server’s error.log/debug.log file.
