Hello,

This is a pre-purchase question… I would like to know if this plugin does for example:

Add those shadow effects on the products from the main shop?

Let me know pls. Thanks in advance!

Gambit-Alyssa Author Team

Hi there! Shadow Effects setting is only available for Columns and Images. If you add your products in a column, it will add a shadow in the entire column.

Gambit-Alyssa Author Team

Hi there! We’re sorry, but we don’t have a video tutorial with the installation. We do have a documentation though! Here’s a link to it: https://gambit.helpscoutdocs.com/category/258-shadows-for-wpbakery-page-builder

If you need any further help, we kindly advise you to file a ticket to: http://support.gambit.ph/ so we can help you better.

Hi Sterling! Here’s a link out of our documentation of how it looks like in the backend: https://gambit.helpscoutdocs.com/article/259-how-to-use-shadows-for-visual-composer

Shadows are available for Columns and Images.

Hi GambitTech,

Can the shadows be added to full width rows?

Thank you

Gambit-Alyssa Author Team

Hi there! Yes, you can.

Please note though that shadows can only be added via Columns, it may still reflect on a full-width row setup, but dividing your columns may also divide your shadows into the columns. Also, since you’ll be using a full-width setup, it may also cover the side shadows. Adding a little bit of left and right padding may also be recommended if you want to see the entire shadow effect.

If you feel like giving our plugin a try, we suggest going to our demo site here: http://demos2.gambit.ph/shadows clicking on the Launch Demo will also take you to the backend which will allow you to try out our settings.

i installed but i did not see any effect on my website

Gambit-Alyssa Author Team

Hi there! We’re sorry to hear. Before we proceed though, have you already added your shadows inside a column or single image? If not, please refer to our “mini-guide” on how to use our plugin: https://gambit.helpscoutdocs.com/article/259-how-to-use-shadows-for-visual-composer

If you still encounter issue even when you already added them, we recommend you to contact us via support at http://support.gambit.ph/ hope that you don’t mind providing us a URL of the page you’re working on and possibly a login to see your backend editor. Doing so will be very helpful for us to check your site and see what happened. Thanks!

Tomsojer04

Hello,

Can I use shadow in grid background image?

Kind regards, Tomsojer04

Gambit-Alyssa Author Team

Hi there! Sorry, you can only use Shadows inside columns and single images only. This is also mentioned in our product description.

I have purchased product and unable to apply effect to buttons – can you please guide me as to how to do this as it is not outlined in your documentation and your support submission form does not work.

Gambit-Alyssa Author Team

Hi there! We tested this in our end, the shadows are working in our end properly. Normally, an extra tab for Shadows will appear on your buttons and the shadows will be applied as is. Also, kindly make sure that you’re using the default buttons from WPBakery since custom buttons from other plugins doesn’t integrate with the tabs for Shadows.

Are you able to see the Shadows tab? Can you tell us the settings for your buttons? If possible, please provide us a sample page for it.

Since you can’t get into our support form, you can also send me an email via [email protected] (please remove the dashes) and we’ll help you from there.
