Hi kayapati,
I updated the theme to the latest version 2.1 and had removed all my portfolio items, i then created them as new but look what happens when i click ‘Read More’ on either of the 2 example items on my portfolio page: http://www.purplecloudsolutions.co.uk/portfolio/ I get this grey bar where the featured image should be showing, i cannot seem to get the image to show? also the widget for portfolio items sidebar doesn’t seem to work either as you can see its blank? yet there are 2 category items on the portfolio page.please note: I updated the theme by copying all the files into a new folder i DID NOT overwrite the v2.0 theme with the new one, i installed 2.1 from NEW , would this make a difference?

when you update the theme will it work 100% backward compatible with the previous version? so we just update? i hope it will as i use the current one for business and have put alot of work into it

We are working on this theme with new shortcode features, earlier there was no short-code generator, also implemented new features like custom skins, for top menu, footer and sidebars.
The last version has more issues, so decided to create new from scratch, so it may not support 100% backward compatible.
So you can back up old one and may try the new once its available.
