There were importing issues caused by our previous host, but they were resolved since we moved to a new one.
(please note that the demo has numerous images, the import can’t finish if your server has the PHP memory and execution time set to low, but you can ask you server provider to increase those or simply repeat the import and it will add the rest of the content)

I purchased your theme and stared building my pages, but I do not see any of your self-created widgets e.g. headlines. I saw in the documentation that some widgets are not visible off the bat, but I scoured all widgets and containers and still do not see your widgets. I also installed the necessary plugins. Please point me in the right direction.

Nevermind, I installed but never activated the Milo portfolio plugin. All fixed now. For anyone else having this problem, you need to install and activate all the extra plugins (with the exception of the mailchimp and contact form plugins).

The Milo portfolio plugin does not allow itself to be installed, it says to give update and when doing update it does not give the option to activate it. Please help me and tell me what to do.

Unfortunately, then new plugin version number is wrong, hence the problem. You can correct the plugin version number from admin by following the instructions below or send us a support message and we will provide you the plugin with the corrected version number. This version issue will also be corrected in a future theme version.
While in admin, go to Plugins -> Plugin Editor, on the right side select Portfolio Milo from the option ” Select plugin to edit: ” and click the “Select” button, then under “Plugin Files” click on portfolio-milo.php and at line 19 you should find: * Version: 1.0.0 - change it to: * Version: 1.0.1 Then at the bottom click “Update file”. After that you should be able to activate the plugin.
