Hello, I really like this theme, but I can only get it if there is an easy way to configure the video on the homepage to not autoplay, set a poster image, and have video controls. Revolution slider can do this, but honestly if your not a coder or such doing so is rather tricky and not for the feint of heart, so if that your aiming for is a must I feel the theme/revslider may not be for you

Presales question here. I love this theme I would like to know if the video slider allows for YouTube videos? And can these then autoplay with sound? I understand Rev Slider comes with the theme but unsure of its capabilities as I have never used it before.

Thanks Danny. But now its a responsive view problem. How to make portfolio page like 90% usefull for content, text etc? Now its like 70% witdh to use. I read here from the framework.css but dont find where to change. The width of the portfolio page on responsive view is to narrow. 90% would be perfect Thank you for your help.

In desktop view i have a space in the right side now (after i delete Project Details) Thats for now ok, but in the responsive view the portfolio page is narrow.. like 70% need it like 90%. TY

Specifically, can we upload a video with sound and the visuals/sound plays when the page loads?

We purchased this theme. We didn’t notice that it had been updated since 17 August 16.

I have installed and worked on dozens of wordpress themes. This theme has to be one of the most difficult themes I have ever encountered.

When i paste the “short code template ID” from Ebor Template Builder to a new wordpress page, and update online, it’s doing this issue. I’m not a developper so perhaps this issue become of me . But i think the problem come from the Ebor Template cause i don’t have any problem in creating page if i don’t put this shortcode.

When i scan my website with “php compatibility plugin” it find 2 issues :

Isn’t mp3 an audio format only? Also, it looks like the container for the video on the demo is 1519px x 303px, is the video on the demo being stretched? Thanks!

Sorry that should have been “mp4” of course, a simply typo Yes the video is being stretched to suit the viewport of your screen

You could provide a higher resolution video, but this would impact loading times so its best to keep things small.

3 – That’s more of a general WP question as the theme does not control the domain, but yes WP will let you install it to a top level or sub domain

Hi there

1st ensure everything is up to date

To update your theme to the latest version, you should re-grab the theme files from the downloads page of your themeforest account. You should then use the this article: http://www.tommusrhodus.com/updating-wordpress-theme-themeforest/

Then once done, delete Ebor Template Builder from your plugins then head to Appearance > Install Plugins to have the latest version install​

Finally, clear your browsers caches and your all set
