Pre-purchase question: Do you provide a guide or tutorials on how to integrate MaxHost to WHMCS ?
Fluent-Themes Author
Yes of course! We provide a clear documentation with screenshots on how to integrate Maxhost to WHMCS.
robertolito
I’ve read what support includes but it is not clear to me if the support includes troubleshooting of any problem by one of your support people by actually logging into the Wordpress or WHMCS and making the necessary corrections or at least tell me exactly what steps to follow so that I may make the corrections myself.
Fluent-Themes Author
Thanks for reading the support policy and kind reply. The support team will always help you to guide you exactly what steps to follow to get rid of any problems you face using our products. They will not make corrections in your WordPress or WHMCS themselves though. And please note, the support team may take up to 48 hours to reply to any support queries.

I have already purchased and installed but having problems with the Menus which most are pointing to the demo pages at fluentthemes. Already sent a message to support. If you have any suggestion for this problem before they answer maybe I can correct the problem sooner. .
robertolito
Having to wait 48 hrs to get a response from Support is a big waste of time. I am stuck with the customization of menus. You say that this theme can be up and running in no time but after importing the xml file to have the sample pages and Menus the whole thing becomes a mess of links and menus all pointing to your demo pages. There should be a fast way to convert all those links and Menus to the url of my website. I then want to be able to choose what I keep of all those.
Fluent-Themes Author
Hi, Thanks for your reply. There is a large amount of support tickets our support team needs to handle and that is why it may take up to 48 hours to get a reply from our support team (as we mentioned in the theme support page). Though we try our best to reply as soon as possible, and generally it does not pass 24 hours.
We visited your site (hostingplus.planetmarkets.com) and it looks good – not a mess . The support team will help you if you are stuck anywhere. Please check your email inbox for the support team’s reply.

I understand your point but when you receive a reply to your problem that does not solve the problem, you answer telling them you have already done what they suggest with no result and you have to wait for their next response to your answer with perhaps another 48 hs wait and with the weekend coming perhaps no response until Monday, I begin to believe that I did wrong in paying another $9.00 for an extra six months of support. At this pace of getting support I will end up setting up my site in 2 weeks or more. I haven’t even started with the new content and images that I want to add and replace, all due to this delay in getting the right answer to solve the problem. I may end up removing the Menus with the wrong links and not use them so as not to waste any more time waiting for the solution.
Fluent-Themes Author

Yeah he is answering within 24 hs but his answers do not provide solutions. He is telling me to remove the links that take to pages I don’t have. I told him I purchased the theme based on the pages I saw on the demo, I want all the pages. and I expect him to send me an import file that includes ALL the pages from the demo. Now, if he doesn’t work during the weekeend, I will be stuck all weekend if he does not send me today, considering he answers within 24 hs.
robertolito
OK. Received the file needed to import missing pages. Hope it contains the necesary pages. Have a good weekend.
Fluent-Themes Author
Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
It sees like you are asking for the pages which are only for demo purposes and there is no use of them in real world. Some of those pages are:
Few variations of Accordion Elements
Couple of List Item Elements
Few variations of Client block elements
These pages are to show the potential customers what elements are available in the Maxhost theme. And these elements have been used in the real demo pages (home, about, services page etc). We have provided a Demo Data xml file with the purchased files, and in that demo data all these pages are included, that means the elements you are seeing in those pages are also included in the Demo Data. So, there is no reason to include those elements again in the Demo Data to make the file bigger than required.
However, since you asked for those pages demo data to the Support Team, they will definitely send you that to you within 24 hours.

You say that all the pages are included in the xml file you provide. Well they not because I get a bunch of broken links in the Menus when I import that xml and I should be getting Menus that take to pages not to error pages or to pages in the demo site of fluentthemes. Besides, if I want o use one of those pages how am I going to use them if they are not existant on my side, You shouldn’t provide an XML that imports links that lead to another website. He sent me a file that does not solve the problem. I have just replied to him with two videos showing that after importing what he sent me I am still not getting those pages.
robertolito
In your Tutorials you say that importing the XML file gives the website the “look and feel” of the demo site. OK, I want that exact look and file to start with. Then I’l decide what I keep

It is very strange that more than 640 customers are using Maxhost theme and none of them got the issue you just mentioned. However, you can just let the support team help you by providing them the wp-admin login details. They will check what is going wrong there and setup your Mega Menu exactly as you see in the Live Demo.
Thanks, Fluent-Themes
robertolito
Just done that. Sent him access with the instructions of what I want. Hope he gets me this time. Thank you
Fluent-Themes Author
The support team logged in to your wp-admin and did exactly what you wanted, and made a video to show how they did that easily. Here is the video link for you . See how easy it is to edit/change/remove a link in the Mega Menu and also the video shows that the pages you were looking for is actually there in your website already .
Have a nice time, Fluent-Themes
robertolito
Well I followed the video exactly but was not that successful. So I had to contact them again about the same issue. They changed one link and I cannot find the links for the other pages to do the same even though I go to exactly the same page shown in the video. You may think that I don’t know how to handle the WPBakery Editor. but I really don’t think it’s that difficult, if things can be found there. Waiting for their response.
robertolito
Well, I think I got it. If I had known that the same page was being used for all those submenus I wouldn’t have tried to look for more pages. Anyway, more problems on the way and support will have to have a load of patience with me. I continue with them. For the moment I will not post here anymore unless I don’t get an answer from them.Thank you for your reassurance and patience
robertolito
I wonder why you didn’t create a way of importing the xml file with all the demo data and then a one button click or one-two code modification to change all the links to fluentthemes to one’s own website url. The way it is, if you want to have all the demo pages pointing to your site before you choose what pages to keep you have to spend hours modifying the Mega Menus one by one. This is not a “up and running in no time” method of customizing.
Fluent-Themes Author
Thank you for your reply.
A few pages are not included in demo data because those pages are only for demo purposes and there is no use of them in real world. Some of those pages are:
Few variations of Accordion Elements
Couple of List Item Elements
Few variations of Client block elements
These pages are to show the potential customers what elements are available in the Maxhost theme. And these elements have been used in the real demo pages (home, about, services page etc). So, there is no reason to include those elements again in the Demo Data to make the file bigger than required.
We still have no idea why someone wants to have those pages in their site which has no use except showing the elements to the visitors. Only those may want to have those pages in their site who are preparing themselves to resale the Maxhost theme from their own site. We do not see any other reason.
However, if you need support for anything, the support team is there for you. You know, we do not provide support thorough comments section.

I’ll tell you what reason: many of those pages have design style that I can make use to design my pages. All I have to do is change the text. But, I need them to show properly in my website and not in the demo website in order to edit them. I am already choosing a big number of them and have set the link to my site but, it’s a pain, a real pain to put all the urls in the Menu boxes. Going one by one. Of course I have already discarded 3 or 4 of them like Parallax or Visual composer since my clients will not Compose anything in my site. But many others are already designed and I can make use of them changing the text. Clear?
Fluent-Themes Author
Yes of course. The purpose of demo import is to use the elements in the demo and change the text/content as required. We understand that perfectly. The only thing we couldn’t understand is why a page like this is required to import. This page is showing a few variations of accordions. Now, if you have already imported the homepage, then you got the accordion element already (we used accordion in home variations). So, you can edit the text of the accordion from there and use that element where you need.
However, each person has different ways to do different things. We have no hard feelings here. Cheers
never-in-doubt
Pre-sale query – on the domain search, can we edit the form to point it to our own search domain instead of whcms…? To do this we basically need to add a class to the domain search form & change where it points using GET.
We do not plan on using WHCMS as we have our own proprietary cPanel.
Please advise.
Thanks
Fluent-Themes Author
Hi, Yes you can use the domain search like that. The Support Team will help you to setup your domain search form as you mentioned here. Please contact the support team from here when you have the Maxhost theme installed in your WordPress.

Your demo site username and password is wrong, not letting me login with what your have suggested.
Fluent-Themes Author
Hi there,
Many thanks for informing us about this. Some user logged in using the given username and password and then maybe mistakenly changed the password. We have reset the password again, so now the given username and password of demo whmcs site should be working correctly . Please try again now.
